Safakat Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Safakat application/website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using Safakat platform.

2. User Responsibilities and Conduct
a. Users of Safakat are allowed to:
Create an account using accurate information, including name, email, phone number, and commercial register, if applicable.
Publish tenders and participate in tenders by sending offers.
Upload files as necessary when publishing tenders.
Explore and view details of other tenders.
Engage in chat conversations with other Users.
Make payments to participate in paid tenders.

b. Users agree not to:
Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Harass, threaten, or engage in harmful behavior towards other Users.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Violate the intellectual property rights of Safakat or any third party.

3. Intellectual Property
a. The content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to Safakat are owned by Safakat and protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

b. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reproducing any content from the App without prior written permission from Safakat.

4. Privacy and Data Collection
a. By using the App, you consent to the data practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5. User Accounts
a. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for any activities that occur under their account.

b. Safakat reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.

6. Payments
a. Users may be required to make payments to participate in certain paid tenders.

7. Safakat's Rights
a. Safakat may auto-translate tenders to other languages for user convenience. However, the accuracy of translations is not guaranteed.

b. Safakat reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts in the event of violations of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms
Safakat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. IOS Auto-renewable subscription

a. You may purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase.

b. Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

c. Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase
